xc workout

Comments:
we ran at bryant college today, on the smithfield home xc course. we started off with a warm up loop of the woods backwards, and then, the workout. me lavallee and killian ended up doing 6 sets of pickups. the first part was 2:30 of hard plus running, which was pretty friggen fast and i could not keep up for the life of me. then was 90 seconds rest, and right after a 45 second all out sprint, which i also could not keep up with. 2 minute rests were in between each set. i wasnt feeling particularly well during all this, my legs were very tired and i was just tired in general, and it was just bad. stretch!! miles are estimated.
