First Attempt of Running in April

Comments:
As the woman in my yoga stretches for back pain video says "Pain is a project. There is a progression and a deconstruction." At least she says something like that.
So this run didn't go well. I knew that it wasn't going to. I have pain and its something I have to work on and I am. I feel as I have become very aware of the different kinds and stages of pain that I experience. During spring break when this pain came I knew immediately what it meant. I knew that my pain on Friday was not pain to run on, but I also knew if I ran or not I would still have the pain.
So I ran to AU with Ellie and I enjoyed myself then hobbled around for a while and then went to bed, woke up, and faced another day.
