Exercise Type: Bike

The very smart Anthony Belber warned me against doing to much strength work, but I have grown quite fond of it. One of the hopes is that I will get so strong and buff that it would be physically impossible to have back problems because I would be all muscle and only weak people are debilitated by back pain for this long. Strength work is also the only proactive thing I can do for my back and it makes the pain go away.
I only say this because I did about an hour of strength today right before biking which effected my biking very much. I was really tired. I took a quick break at 20 mins then finished the last 10 mins.
