Comments:
Long run, rough start mile three was on hills 7:13 pace, wrecked the average. Miles 7,8,9, 6:42, 6:37, 6:41. 1 mile easy to finish. 6:54 average pace. Legs felt a little tight, but fitness was gained. 1st 40 mile week in a while.
