Weather: Hot and sunny

Comments:
Time: 28:16. I was in the second group. The plan was to stay together until we got to the 5k marker. We agreed to run a 5:40 to 5:45 first mile and pick it up together on the downhills. Our first mile was 5:47. A little slow. We were a little slow at the 2 mile marker as well. But we made up our time on the downhill. I felt pretty tired by the 5k but I held on. If I had gone out any faster... I'm not sure that the race would have went as well.
