Comments:
I did a full loop around the lake, then did a conover loop to add on. Went 6:15 pace for the first part of the run, then sped it up to around 6 flat for the middle part. The last four miles were in 22:56 (5:43 pace). I clocked the last 800 in 2:42 and it felt ridiculously easy. I felt really good today. The shins did not hurt at all after the first minute of running. I felt very controlled throughout the run and my legs haven't felt so smooth for a long time.
