Weather: Started cool but warmed up fast - 85 degrees at end
Comments:
Felt really smooth and strong today. Runs like this give me a lot of confidence, but they're few and far between. Hills are still tough on my hip flexors - they keep wanting to cramp up on me can't seem to loosen them up at all.
