{Too Pedestrian} to Correr La Milla

Weather: Weirdly varying, warm at times but freezing in others

Comments:
St Albans meet today!! Ran the mile (with India, Joyce, Hannah, and Jenna) and the 4x4 (order was Ilana to Hannah to me to Isabel)

Mile: felt good about this (38!! second PR from 8th grade).
Splits: 93, 103, ?, 97?? -- I started my kick too late but otherwise I'm pretty happy with how I raced :)

400: Ugh. Didn't completely feel warmed up, and after accelerating into the back straightaway and making up some ground on the girl ahead of me, I felt a sharp pain in my left ankle that wouldn't go away for the rest of the race. I couldn't get to top speed because of that :(

Everyone else looked so strong in their races (s/o to Ilana)
