I am logging this weeks later. I recall timing a workout at AU and jumping in to pace two 400m intervals in 86.7 and 78.0. Then when the team left, I rushed in an 800 in 2:36.5 (78.7, 77.9) and proceeded to bike back to school. Random.. but something is better than nothing?
