Exercise Type: Bike

We did the team warmup then coach wanted me, Silas, and Hunter to just bike today for a little break. I had a chirpractor today and he said that the problem with my arches isn't even my shoes, it's because my abductors or so tight. It causes me to overpronate. I never really though about it but that's a part of my lower body that I never really stretch. He destroyed my abductors this morning along with re-adjusting me. Then gave me some abductor stretches so they don't get as tight. I gotta say for the rest of the day I was so sore. I think it was a combo of the lifting, workout yesterday, and then my chiro but my whole lower body from my glutes to my hamstrings to my quads are very sore. Plus my arms are very sore. It was probably a good thing that I didn't run. Since there are only two bikes and I got there last I had to roll, while I waited half an hour for Hunter and Silas to get done. It's annoying how they only have 2 bikes. Then I got on the bike, did a good 10 miles, in which my pace was pretty consistent the entire time. Biking does suck though on the stationary bike even if it's for only 30 mins. Went out and looked at the heat sheets, I expected to see the affolders and Schaffer in my race, but it turns out that I was the top seed. I wanted to get pulled to a good time, but this will be a good time to practice on negative splitting and setting the pace, something that I don't normally do, I'm not usually the one who does all the work up front. I'm excited for tomorrow, to get back racing and hit some good times. Though I never really like Windsor it should be a good time. Stretched and rolled at home after.
