Not going to lie, I have never been great at Tabata. I remember freshman year when I could barely keep up and I would almost have ano heart attack. Today was a special day though. Made it through a set of ten and a set of eight. Started off at 6:00 pace for both, then worked my way down to 5:25 pace. Did a 10 minute warmup and cool down to make it 5 miles.
