Comments:
Didn't feel too bad. Ankle seems to have improved, slight shin pain but I should be fine. Hoping for greater efficiency with the team exercises; I love doing it as a team to increase our motivation and accountability, but exercises took longer than my run today.
On another note, excited for the mile tomorrow. Hoping to hit 4:50 or so. Plan to go out fast with Victor, and try and hold on.
