Ellipticalled today. I can't tell what's going on with my shins and I feel a little bad that I didn't run because I probably could have, but I was feeling kinda lazy and they did hurt some too. I was gonna do 40 mins, but I got really really hungry so I went to get a snack after 30 minutes because I had Fata during lunch and we were running the mile in PE (7:58), so I had to eat during 5th which was just too early and then it was too late to eat before track because I would have felt sick. So that was a bit unfortunate, but I think 10 mins less is ok. I saw Carol and Lida from the middle school up for a meeting before track which was very nice!
