I get to race tomorrow! well not actually race but tempo.... and its a 3k... but still! Should be interesting to see how out of shape I am. I just hope I can finish the race without being in lots of pain (body pain not mental), if I can do that I think the day would be a success regardless what time I run. Not going to focus on anyone around me and just try and focus on my form and not slipping off my splits. Should be an interesting tempo but I'm excited, I can't wait to repeatedly run in circles again! Hoping for the best (:
