Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was feeling really tired and bad all day today, so I was worried that the workout was going to be really bad too, but it actually turned out much better than I thought it would be! I got to run with some people I don't usually run with which was nice. I ran to AU with Ellie, did 5 300s with a big group, but was usually with Lucia or Jessie, and ran back with Tara and Jenna and Maddi at the end. I think I like 300s. It's a good length because as Jessie and I discussed, 400s are too long because we don't have sprinting stamina and 100s and 200s are too short because we're not sprinters at all. I also had very even splits which I was happy about! All of them were between 1:04 and 1:07! Shins are a little sore now, but not too bad and I'm icing as I type:)
Strength: 2 sets of: Pushups(15), Dead Bugs(~1:15)
Sleep: (I like Lulu's idea) 6.5 hours :/
