Alternate with a partner of run around the soccer field (about 250 meters) while the other alternates with
Squats
pushups
situps.
2 sets with a 2 minute break between.
8 minute cooldown
each set took about 5:30
did the workout and cooldown barefoot
strained the left side of my abbs.
