Legs feel realllyyyy sore and mildly painful after yesterdays tempo. Went to a different sports doctor today and she took x-rays of my back to make sure there weren't any serious problems. Good news there isn't, just some minor scoliosis. She thinks its all just muscular and nothing to do with my nerves. Going to get dry needling/ acupuncture so hopefully that works. Kinda reluctant to do that coz needles make me super anxious but I'm just desperate to run. Possibly running the 4xmile at Ithaca relays.
