300s with Anthony!

Ran to AU with Gabe to do the 300s workout that everyone else did yesterday. my hip flexor was bothering me a little bit beforehand but it felt totally fine during the workout and I'm not noticing anything afterwards. the workout was pretty fun. Anthony paced me for the entire thing. (let me know if I misremembered any of the times.) We started out very slow and progressively got faster. For most of them there was something specific I was supposed to focus on, either the curv, or first straightaway or the last or first and last, etc. We don't usually do workouts paced like this but it was pretty fun. I didn't dread the next interval the way I have in some workouts but I felt pretty exhausted once I was done. I'm glad I got to do a quality workout and I really appreciated all of the people who came by and cheered :) Thank you for pacing me Anthony!
