Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
My left shin's been really painful since my short run yesterday, so back to x-training. Did our Fata dance and then ellipticalled with Grace, though we decided that the end elliptical is probably a walking machine. Then, Mia and I did some weight room strength together.
Strength: Crunch progression (30 seconds?), Pushup Progressions (3*2 per), Clams (30 per), Double Leg Bridges (20), Bench Press (2*7 with just the bar), Pike Tuck Leg Lifts (2*15), Stingers (6).
