first college workout

Comments:
New traniers for first tempo. with chris at the canal first 3 up last 2 down. felt good felt very relaxed got into a rythm and it became easy to settle into the pace. splits about 5:40 6:00 6:00 5:55 5:20. very happy with this effort this early in the summer that a 5mile tempo which i had never done and was intimadated by was so relaxed. very excited to see what kind of shape i will be in when this summer is done.
*first day running in the defyance. i liked em and bleed in them ALOT already so thier red white and blue :)
