New Wheels, New Me

Long story short, I ended up having a crappy day. Don't want to get into the jist of it online, but it wasn't the best day. Pretty mad that my bus didn't leave Jamestown until 5, and I only saw the last few events. Heard that my teammates had a crazy day.

With that said, if they got better today, why couldn't it I? That was my motto this evening when I went for my run. I had one of those days where you just flow, and you let your legs turn until the cows come home. I did a little over five miles , with the last 2 both under 6:10, then I followed it up with some strides on the Track.Felt pretty smooth and relaxed with my new Nikes on. To end this log entry, I'm going to share a quote I found from the book "Once a Runner"
