Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was a good recovery common land. The pace was consistent throughout, and there wasn't a point where we were pushing it more than another because Neil was keeping track of what pace we were going and telling us when to slow down. I worked on keeping my arms lower today. It's gonna be a process to getting them back. It felt weird at first, and it felt like I had to put in extra effort but by the middle to end of the run it felt normal. Not much to say today. I am very pumped for relays and for a chance to race hard again. Although I'm not sure what I'll be racing. We did a good amount of lifting today and I changed my pull up to a pump up which is a little easier than a real pull-up but like a step in the direction to doing 50 real pull ups. Wanted to take an ice bath tonight but I couldn't. Just had time to stretch. Silas was demoted from bikes to hand biking today because biking hurt his quad too much. I don't think I could do the hand bike for 45 mins even with break I feel like it would take forever.
