What do we do we swim swim swim. Went to wilson and aqua jogged for 24 minutes and then swam for 8. It was actually less boring than I thought it would be, and I always feel so satisfied after swimming because it's SO HARD! My shin's still hurting, so I think I will probably bike tomorrow to see if giving it a few days off in a row will help even though Anthony told me on Thursday to run once. Hoping it will get better because it's really just the left one which worries me. I wore the shin sleeves just around the house today for a bit, but it didn't help much and I looked very silly.
