Shin Pain on CCT

I started this run really nicely with a pace in the mid 7's, but that went south quickly. After 10 minutes, I had to stop to massage my shins. The aching soreness/pain forced me to stop every 7 minutes or so and as a consequence of my shin pain, the pace declined until I finished up at a 10 minute mile pace. Also, my hip was hurting too. All in all, a beautiful day, but a terrible run.
