Weather: hot not too humid

Comments:
progression run, warm up to lower shaker lake, then loops 7:24, 7:11, 6:46, 6:34, 6:26 for about 5 mile(ish) loops, one more loop with Ethan, back north park. felt real good to do a run like that. hard, but not too bad. got scared on mile 3 (25 second negative split) but it wasn't too bad I think I just figured out where to turn on the trails and didn't stop. Next week I'll try the same starting at 7:10 and finishing in 6:15 or so I think.
