Recovery Run

Comments:
Drove to the high school woods and ran VERY slowly for 30 minutes...so I just assumed it was 10 min pace haha. But my calf was VERY sore...very sharp pain in my right calf (not the typical muscle soreness after a hard run). I think I did a little too much yesterday seeing as though I slept 2 hrs, waitressed for 7 hrs, then ran for 3 hrs haha...iced and took ibuprophen after the run then went to yoga
