Weather: Hot and humid...got very dark as I ran

Comments:
Still feeling the after effects of the workout yesterday in the heat and still was hot and humid but I ran a 4 mile loop down 202 down pine hill to 116 and back up around 33 to pitroff and home again...then added on a little more when I got home again. Felt kind of bad...so tired.
