Comments:
Comfortable. Calves were a little tight directly after the run, but improved after doing some drills and streching. Hoping to do well tomorrow (or Wednesday, if there are thunderstorms) in the 1600. 4:50 is the goal. 72.5 average per lap. 70, 73, 74, 73 perhaps?
