Ellipticalled today. My shins are hurting a LOT, so Anthony said I should probably x-train this whole week unless Veronica who I'm probably seeing tomorrow says something different which I find unlikely because when has Veronica ever been less conservative than Anthony? I know I need to x-train and it's the right thing to do and honestly running would probably be so painful right now that I'm not really sure how enjoyable it would be, but it's still so sad to not be able to run as the weather's getting SOOOOO nice. :'( I got to hang out with Grace today though which is always a delight, and I did her PT exercises with her after. One of the exercises were I's and T's hence the title and we got so ripped. They were actually very hard.
Strength: Planks (1:00-I was feeling very tired), PLL(10), SLL (20 per position, rotating positions), Clams (25 per), Pike-Tuck Leg Lifts (18), Bench Press (10 just the bar)
Sleep: 7.5 hours--yes Lulu I liked your idea. I'm hoping I'll guilt trip myself into getting more sleep.
