Warm up .5 mile from Blue Wave to neighborhood

Quarter mile repeats!

It will be marked. But let's try to be conservative the first couple. Maybe 1:45ish and then can progress from there if feeling good;)

Run .25 miles shooting for 1:45 first couple and then faster from there
Jog/walk Rest 2 minutes

Let's do a total of 5 and then jog back to blue wave fit

did six ... approx 1:30-1:35 pace. Legs feel fine..not sore or tired.. mostly out of breath. I assume this is just a matter of getting use to the pace. /Rahul
