Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok let's shoot for an easy 4 miles but would like you to pick up pace for 30 seconds after a mile or so and run at about 90% speed/effort. Jog easy 1 minute and do that sequence 5 times.
The rest of the run is at easy pace and according to how you feel. LMK if this makes sense;)

per our discussion.. just did an easy 5 mile run.. 8:40 pace. Speaking of pace, i have a gps watch now.
