Elliptical then BBALL

Comments:
I came early to get my cross training out of the way. I was in quite a mood so I listened to really moody music while ellipticalling. I was on the broken eliptical so i couldn't check how fast I was going all the time which was nice. I was going pretty fast, at least I feel I was, and all of a sudden I remember what it felt like to run hard. It hit me and I got kind of upset but I channeled it into my ellipticaling. I just had forgotten the feeling and how amazing it had felt. I remembered that 5 mi run I did with Gillian and Charlie most of all and how the trees looked when we got off the crescent trail on mass.
Then when I was done I scrimmaged basketball with a few people and I haven't done that in a long time so it was a good day.
