Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Well most of it wasn't with an Avidon, but thats beside the point. I was planning on going 55 minutes, but I was feeling so sick of cross training that I just cut it off at 45. I was on the broken elliptical again and I'm enjoying not having to constantly check on my RPMs. Hannah stayed with me while I did some PT and strength and we had a good time.
