Grace, Thea, and I went aqua jogging which was a lot of fun, especially because I think I might have gone crazy ellipticalling again. We did 5 minute warmup, 10*1 minute hard 3 minutes easy, and an 5 minute cool down. That's 50 minutes which is the longest I've ever aqua jogged for, but it didn't feel that bad thanks to the company! I feel very disconnected from the team though after just missing one day. I think I'm a little too dependent. :)
Didn't do track strength because I'm tired and lazy, but during PE I benched the bar (10) and did 20 pike-tuck leg lifts.
