Comments:
Lulu, Sara, Isabel and I were the only girls doing 200s today and it turned out to be a really great group! It was really helpful to have Sara because I just hung a little behind her most of the time. They were all about a second slower than hers. I didn't have to really pace it or anything because she was pacing it for me, and the splits turned out to be very even. It was a little frustrating that the limiting factor on each one felt like it was breathing rather than tired legs, but on the way back I realized I was pretty worn out. Overall, fun workout and a really nice group. Hip flexor felt fine (despite hurting yesterday). A couple of other things were bothering me but nothing bad and I'm icing right now.
