Comments:
Leaving for Philly at about 9:30 so did this run with my dad instead. 5 min warm up and then 5 mins tempo with 1 min off 4 times. No idea how fast the tempos were, but not super fast I'm guessing around like 7:15 maybe, the time is slower coz the warm up and cool down were included? Longest run since November......
