Exercise Type: Run

...So I guess I'm slowly dying. Seeing Veronica tomorrow morning. Don't have high hopes. Biked with Mia today before practice and then we did some extra strength and stretched after team strength. I feel like I shouldn't be complaining because I haven't been x-training THAT long, but I feel like I haven't had a really good, pain free run for like a month at least and I honestly don't feel like I've been 100% in shape since the end of xc which is kinda depressing.
Strength: Pushup Progression (3*2 per), Crunch progression (20 seconds per), SLL (20 per position, rotating positions), bench press (2*12 just the bar), Pike-Tuck Leg Lifts (15).
Sleep: 6.5 hours :/ -- I think I feel especially tired eating matzah:(
