10k which we will talk about.
Goal: 48 minutes

10K trail race.. the temperature was almost perfect(55-60). The course was difficult (sand, grass (high), trail with a lot of turns). Did it in 46:30 (7:30 pace). On a paved course, I am sure that could be faster.
