I'm taking this as my off day, but I saw Veronica this morning and she said that I could run every other day as long as the pain wasn't above a 3/10 because I need to have run some before championships. Very happy because I thought it would be a lot worse! I did game ready, which I really liked, and she gave me some exercises to do. I ran a few laps during PE and my left shin hurt, but the pain lessened after a few laps which Harold explained as, "getting the blood flowing."
