Lifted before practice with Rhianna, still following Jessie's schedule

So I wasn't entirely sure if I should be doing the workout because my shins have been way worse this past week or so, my hip flexor was bothering me, and my IT band was hurting for the first time in at least a month or so. I ran to AU and did drills and striders and then decided to turn back. I'n really sad not to have gotten to do the workout with everyone else and I'm still not positive it was the right decision. The way back felt really awful. I don't know why I was so tired but I haven't felt this bad on a run in a while.
