Easy run with hill bursts

6 miles at easy pace, but I want you to add in some 20 second pick ups up a slightly moderate hill. It does not have to be too steep, but if you can find a hill that is about 2% incline that you can run hard for 20 ish seconds up that would be great.

You can do it in the middle of the run or at the end your call. But basically you run up for 20 seconds focusing on knee lift and arm swing and then jog back down. Let's get 4 to 6 repeats in.

The rest of the run is just a regular run!

done... felt tired at the beginning of run, but better later. on the 20sec burst, was able to do 6:30-6:40 pace and the rest of time ran 8:30-8:40 pace. did not push too much..
