Comments:
I decided to go with some longer interval work versus hills in the two weeks before the week of the half, to work a bit on moving the legs quicker.
With the collaboration of Coach Kelly, decided on 4 miles repeats, under race pace, with about 2 minutes between each. Went down to the track for these, first workout on the track since @ Case.
Went well: 5:35, 5:34, 5:35, 5:33. Felt quick but manageable. Did some 100m strides after. Cool-down, stretch, roll.
