First run back outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so so so unmotivated and dreading a run at first and it took me 45 minutes to get outside, but the second I got out I got super excited and all I wanted to do was run. Funny how that happens. I wasn't exactly sure how long Veronica said to run, but I figured under 20, so I kept it short. I was so excited though the first few blocks that I had to keep consciously slowing down because I'm a bit sick and being out of breath made me kinda dizzy. It was an amazing run though--perfect temperature--and I'm so happy I was able to do it with almost no shin pain!!!!!!!
