Weather: 75 and nice!

Comments:
Ran from my place left onto trail and over to bridge. Right and over to Veteran's Cemetery and to RR bridge. Down RR and then left into nature center trail for about 1/2 mile. Then back home. Felt ok. Calves are so tight when I run but my legs are getting better. Foot hurt of course but what's new! A little core after. Such a nice sunny day out!!!
