Comments:
Feeling very congested and gross, but still almost no shin pain which is good! Biked for 10 and ellipticalled for 20. I'm doing an 800 in the meet tomorrow which I'm very excited for. I feel like it would probably be in my best interest overall not to do the meet, but I really want to and since Anthony's letting me, there's no reason for me to argue.
Strength: Planks (1:00), PLL (16), Clams (30), Pike-Tuck Leg Lifts (2*15), Bench (2*10 just the bar)
