Comments:
It was a fine race. I went out too fast and couldn't recover. My mile splits were 5:47 and 6:19, so not great. Hopefully next time I can pace myself better. I'm getting excited for MAC/ISL Champs and hopefully we will do great. I was very impressed with the Boys throwers who all Pr'd so shoutout to them. Everyone looked really good, and we're rounding into shape at exactly the right time.
