Comments:
I ran the 1500 with a time of 5:13 which is a pr by 25 sec! I felt terrible on the warm up, my back hurt. and my legs felt really heavy but my race felt so good. We lost to Elmira by a lot. I was pacing my first two laps and I think I could go faster so I really hope i can break 5. We did a 7x200 meter workout at 1500 pace after the race.
