Weather: very humid and upper 70s with rain threatening
Comments:
Ran with Patrick Blinkhorn for some and the team for some. Went to Norwood Park via Wisconsin and then timed fartlec type pick ups around the park which forced me to run alongside for bits of the athlete's pick ups. Then ran back to school via Somerset with more intervals mixed in for them and sort of me.
