Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was running with Nisha and Amy. The goal was to run to break 12. But I honestly don't now if I could have gone much faster than that. My legs felt like bricks and I don't think I could have moved them any faster even if I wanted to. Amy and Nisha both had great races. Amy killed it and seriously negatively splitted.
