Aqua Jog Recovery

Today most of the girls aqua jogged for 40 minutes after upper and lower body lifting. The pool was so cold but after awhile I got used to it and it felt nice. Today in school my back was hurting a lot again, it was tight last night so i used a heat pad but I don't think it really helped. I'm excited to run the 3k at Vestel on Friday! My goal is to start out a little stronger than I did last time. I really hope my back doesn't hurt on Friday. I'm so scared to run steeple at Loucks, because I haven't been able to get over the barriers well at all this year. At Windsor I slowed down for most of the barriers and I felt really terrible that race. When I was practicing before relays I fell and hit the barrier and after that I couldn't get over them again. I kept crying in school the next day because I was so scared for the 4x800 steeple. I got through it but I definitely slowed down for all the barriers. I know it's all mental because I didn't have this problem as much last year. I just hope I can get the barriers down before Loucks.
